Shiki's (younger) sister, but they haven't seen each other for 8 years.
With brunette hair, grace atmosphere, she is a noble lady.
Though she is slender, she is strong willed woman.
Her father died recently, so she is now the head of Tohno family.
She received rigid education as noble person, and always tries hard to be
"perfect".
She want her brother Shiki to live a noble life.
She has bitterness for Shiki because Shiki left Tohno family leaving her eight
years ago.

She isn't Shiki's blood sister.
And she loves him as a man; not as a brother. "I have been waiting for
you, brother..."
She has demonic blood in her vein as Tohno family member. Once she awakens her
demonic nature fully, she becomes a fiend.
When Tohno family members awakened their demonic blood completely, they are
called "kurenai seki syu", literary "crimson red vermilion".
In Tohno family, killing awakened family member is one of duties of the family
head. So, she has to kill SHIKI in some story branch.
Her ability is called "origami" (same pronunciation to paper folding,
but different kanji), "cage hair" or "jail hair". She can
deprive (mainly) body heat from target by merely looking at.
